Ludovic Dickel

Ludovic Dickel is Senior Professor in Behavioral Biology at the University of Caen. He is leading the team “Cognitive NeuroEthology of Cephalopods” belonging to the French CNRS, the Universities of Caen and Rennes I. He is mainly interested in development of intelligence in young cuttlefish and in cephalopod welfare. He also works on consciousness and emotions, mainly in play-like behavior, in different animal species.
